Welcome to my very first blog post!!! With the new year, many of us have made some resolutions. My list of resolutions has been rather long. One of them has been o get back in shape - including running a 10k later this year - and lose the weight that I have put on over the last 4 years. For this, I have made several changes since the beginning of the year and have started going to the gym again.
